About Us…

Chef Shaun Hazlitt

Shaun has had a passion for food since childhood. He has been creating cuisine, professionally, throughout the Adirondack region for the past 12 years; at some restaurants including The Chateau (of Lake George), Villa Balsamo (of Saratoga), Craft on 9 & Bistro Tallulah (of Glens Falls) and barVino (of North Creek) before setting off on his own venture as a Food Truck owner. From there Big Bear Co. was born, creating fun and personalized menus for events of all settings and sizes.
